What is the restocking period for sold-out products?
At Entre Reves, our products are primarily produced in limited quantities. As a result, restocking may not be possible or could remain uncertain for many items once they are sold out. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service team for inquiries regarding specific restocks, and we will provide further information. Please note that we are unable to offer individual notifications or restock alerts for sold-out items. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

How does the A/S process work?
The warranty period for our products is 1 year from the date of purchase. Products with stitching defects within this period are eligible for free repairs. For inquiries about fabric repairs or missing components, please contact us at entrereves@entrereves.com, and we will provide detailed assistance.Please note that damages caused by customer negligence, improper washing, or issues with products beyond the warranty period are not covered. However, if the repair
is feasible, we can offer a paid repair service. Additionally, even within the 1-year warranty period, shipping fees may apply if more than one month has passed since the purchase date. For all repair inquiries, we kindly ask you to email us.
