1. Shipping Availability

- We currently ship within the United States only
- We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii
- International shipping is not available at this time

2. Shipping Origin

- All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in New Jersey
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

3. Order Processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or peak periods
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Estimated delivery: up to 7 business days after processing
- Delivery times may vary depending on:
· Carrier delays
· Weather conditions
· Peak seasons

Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout
Expedited shipping options may be available depending on location

5. Carriers

- We use major shipping carriers to deliver your order
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier performance

6. Shipping Promotions

- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time
- These offers are subject to change or end without notice

7. Address Accuracy & Order Changes

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
- Address changes are only possible before order processing begins
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for:
- Reshipment fees
- Additional carrier charges

9. PO Boxes / APO / FPO

- Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may not be available depending on the carrier

10. Tracking

- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
- Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours

11. Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check your delivery location, mailbox, neighbors, or building staff
- Allow up to 48 hours for final delivery

If the package is still missing:
- Contact the carrier to file a claim
- Contact our support team for assistance
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is under the responsibility of the carrier

12. Force Majeure 

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- System issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances
