Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
3. How to Start a Return
- Submit your return request via our Returns Portal or contact:

- Returns must be approved before shipment
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Return Address
All approved returns must be sent to:

5. Return Shipping & Fees
- A $6 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exception:
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
- Personal care goods
7. Promotional Items
If returning items causes your order to fall below a promotion threshold:
- Promotional items must also be returned
- Otherwise, their value may be deducted from the refund
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
9. Defective or Incorrect Items
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Please include photos when contacting support
If approved:
- The item must be returned
- A replacement will be issued after inspection
10. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days after inspection
- During peak periods, processing may take up to 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us
11. Warranty
- We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use
- If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability
- This warranty applies within a reasonable period from the date of delivery, under normal use and proper care
What is Covered :
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Faulty stitching
- Zipper malfunction
- Hardware defects
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear or aging
- Rips, burns, or tears caused by use
- Damage from improper washing or care
- Pet damage
- Accidental damage
- Lost or stolen items
- Peeling logos, prints, or decals
12. Order Cancellation & Fraud
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement
- Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed
- Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud
