Shipping

• We currently ship within the U.S. only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). International shipping is not available.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Estimated delivery: up to 7 business days after processing.
• Shipping methods & rates are calculated at checkout.
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent once your order ships.
• Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — address changes are only possible before processing begins.
• PO Box / APO / FPO delivery may not be available depending on the carrier. Contact us before ordering if needed.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Returns must be approved in advance via our Returns Portal or by contacting cs@entrereves.com — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• A $6 return processing fee applies; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by us only for defective or incorrect items.
• Final sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, perishable goods, and personal care items are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days after inspection (up to 14 days during peak periods) to the original payment method.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
