Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Returns must be approved in advance via our Returns Portal or by contacting cs@entrereves.com — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- A $6 return processing fee applies; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by us only for defective or incorrect items.
- Final sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, perishable goods, and personal care items are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days after inspection (up to 14 days during peak periods) to the original payment method.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
